14 Free Anti-Aging Tips for Your Skin
Here are 14 free simple anti-aging tips you can do everyday to keep your skin in tip top condition.
Tip #1. If you smoke - stop. This is one of the most important anti-aging skin care tips I can give you. Smoking will dry your skin out making it more defenseless leading to early wrinkling. Pucker up your lips over and over on cigarettes develops the deep creases around your mouth much more rapidly than non-smokers.

Tip #2.Drink water. You should drink at 1/2 gallon (equal to 2 liters) of water every day to sure good hydration. This will help to keep your skin hydrated and to flush away harmful toxins that can contribute to wrinkle formation and age spots.
Tip #3. Minimize your exposure to the sun. The Number 1 cause of wrinkles is the damage done to you but the sun. Many of the signs of we consider part of the normal aging process are really skins of overexposure to the sun’s rays. Short exposures to the sun like walking to the mailbox can create damage over time but since most of us enjoy the outdoors we move on…
Tip #4. Wear sunscreen. You should always apply a sunscreen each day of at least a SPF of 15 (30 is better). It will help in the fight against skin cancer. Just make sure to wear it every day and do not forget your arms, legs and hands.
Tip #5. Do not squint, please. Quit squinting by get reading and sun glasses! Any repetitive facial movement like squinting can form lines beneath the skin's surface and with time they become wrinkles. Also wear your sunglasses to prevent crow's feet from developing earlier.
Tip #6. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables (or supplement your diet). The key of fruits and vegetables are their antioxidant compounds. These compounds fight damage caused by free radicals that can permanently damage skin cells.

Tip #7. Sleep on your back. Certain sleep ositions night after night lead to wrinkles that do not disappear once you are awake. Sleeping on your back is the best away to avoid these wrinkles.
Tip #8. Avoid caffeine when possible. Caffeine tends to dried out the skin and making it more inclined to wrinkling.
Tip #9. Avoid alcohol. Like caffeine, alcohol dries out the body, especially your skin and allows wrinkles to show up more prominently.
Tip #10. Use a daily moisturizer. This anti-aging tip of good daily face and body moisturizer can help to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Tip #11. Apply products that contain Vitamin C. Applying Vitamin C topically can promote collagen production, improve your skin tone and may slightly reduce the appearance of fine lines. It is best absorbed into the skin after washing and before applying moisturizers.
Tip #12. Apply a product with Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10). This nutrient known as coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10)is a super-dominant antioxidant and can help to protect the skin from the signs of aging.
