Anti-Aging Nutrition - Best Anti-Aging Foods
There are notable changes in our bodies as we age. We tend to lose lean body mass and gain adipose tissue (fat). Also, our bone density tends to decrease which can lead to osteoporosis, especially in women. Joints can undergo degenerative changes leading to arthritis. Arteries stiffen and become narrowed from cholesterol deposits, leading to high blood pressure, heart attacks, and stroke. Immune function declines. However, these changes of aging can be delayed, prevented, or even reversed with proper nutrition and exercise.
