What is anti-aging?
Anti-aging is the field of health science which addresses how to slow, prevent or even reverse the aging process; helping people look and feel better, and to live longer. Aging is the result of cumulative damage to our bodies' cells and tissues from natural metabolic processes, the environment, and our lifestyle choices. How old we feel also depends on our diet, level of physical fitness, and our state of mind.
